Mako energy, extracted from the planet's lifestream and
used by Shinra to supply people with electrical energy and fuel. Not
everyone is pleased with this process and a group called Avalanche does
everything in its power to stop Shinra from draining the planet's life
forces.
Cloud Strife, former member of Shinra's elite force called SOLDIER,
accepts a mission from Avalanche. Even though he doesn't give a damn
